When will my backorder arrive?
We try our hardest to ship backordered items as soon as possible but our suppliers do not give us an arrival date. 

We will email  you when the product is shipped. We stock considerable overstock to ensure prompt delivery of orders.   In addition our warehouse receives several deliveries a day. Unfortunately Back-orders are highly dependent on the producers. As is such a backorder could be (at worst) as late as 3-4 weeks after order placement. FYI, our numbers show that less than 1 in 100 orders have a backordered item .  

Will you e-mail me regarding a backorder?
We will e-mail you regarding a back-order. To ensure discreetness and your privacy we will only refer to the item code and not the title. You will then be expected to reply to the email indicating whether you would like to wait for your item or whether you would like a substitution to be shipped immediately.

Cancelled:
When your order has been cancelled, you will not be charged for it. Your order may be cancelled by us if the product requested is no longer available.
